Client-Attorney Assistance Program

The Client-Attorney Assistance Program (CAAP) is a confidential statewide dispute resolution program and service of the State Bar of Texas. It is available to the public and Texas lawyers to voluntarily resolve minor disputes, such as fee disputes, which may otherwise result in a grievance. CAAP also provides grievance forms and educates the public about the grievance process.
