What is the All-Access Online Subscription?

As its name suggests, the All-Access Subscription compiles all eight of Texas Bar Practice’s online subscriptions under an “all-access” monthly ($89.99) or annual ($899.99) rate.

Which titles are included under the All-Access Online Subscription?

The All-Access Subscription includes all eight of the titles currently available as online subscriptions. Those titles are the following:

  1. Texas Real Estate Forms Manual
  2. Texas Probate System
  3. Texas Family Law Practice Manual
  4. Texas Collections Manual
  5. Texas Guardianship Manual
  6. Texas Criminal Pattern Jury Charges
  7. Texas Foreclosure Manual
  8. Texas Business Organizations Manual
Can I download the online subscriptions?

Online subscriptions are only accessible on your browser through your Texas Bar Practice account. You have the ability to download the Word Docs, Excel sheets, and PDFs found within the online subscriptions.

Do I need to keep my previous subscriptions if I enroll in the All-Access Subscription?

No. If you choose to enroll in this product, it would be unnecessary to continue your current subscriptions as this product encompasses all eight current online subscription titles.

Is there a free trial available?

We are currently offering 30 days free with the following code: ALLACCESSFREE30. This code will only be available for a limited time.

If I have a current subscription and would like to opt into the All-Access product but still have some time left under my current contract, can I get a discounted price if I switch now?

Yes. We want you to take advantage of this new product, so we are offering a discount based on how much time you have left under your current subscription. We can cancel your current subscription now which would revoke your access and offer you a coupon code to be applied to your purchase of the All-Access Subscription good through August 31st, 2023.

Can I get a discount if I recently signed up for another monthly and/or annual subscription? / Is there a prorated price available?

To ease the transition, we offer special rates on the All-Access Subscription to those who are currently subscribed to our other online subscriptions. Contact us at (512) 427-1411 or via email at salesdesk@texasbar.com to learn more.

Can I cancel at any time?

While we do not offer refunds on online subscriptions, you’re free to cancel your monthly or annual All-Access Subscription at any time. This will stop the subscription from automatically renewing every month or year.

To cancel your subscription, log into your Texas Bar Practice account and click on the “Subscriptions/Auto-Renewals” tab. From there, select the subscription you wish to cancel and click on “Cancel Subscription” on the far right. This will stop your subscription from being renewed.

Is it worth it?

The monthly and annual ($89.99/$899.99) rates for the All-Access Subscription provide more content than it would cost to pay for multiple subscriptions on their own.

If you’re a practitioner with a very specific focus, then the All-Access product may not be for you. However, many practitioners must pull resources from other fields given the overlap of their practice.

Subscriptions to our Family, Probate, and Guardianship titles are invaluable to those in the family and probate practice areas. Comparatively, foreclosure and collections span a much wider cross-section of the industry. If you practice in any of these fields, then the All-Access Subscription would be a great option!
